The current eradication of hunger and poverty is not only a global issue, but also a daunting task. On December 12, 1992, the 47th session of the United Nations adopted a resolution. From 1993 onwards, October 17 was regarded as the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty. All member states and the international community are moving towards the goal, that is The eradication of poverty. Since 2007, various activities have been organized on the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty, which effectively appeal to the participation of the governments of the member states of the United Nations and actively promote the cause of poverty eradication. The number of people living in extreme poverty has decreased from 2.1 billion in 1992 to 700 million.

According to the International Foundation for the Eradication of Poverty, China, as the most populous developing country, has achieved the most remarkable achievements in the past 40 years since it began to implement economic reforms and open policies, and has made economic development the top priority. About 700 million people from remote rural areas have escaped poverty. In particular, since 2014, China has further eliminated poverty as one of the four major strategies for modernization. It is also the most important strategy in the past 100 years and has implemented a series of specific measures to achieve its goals.

China has now entered a critical phase of poverty eradication and is working hard to overcome all difficulties, especially in the central and western provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions inhabited by ethnic minorities, where poverty still dominates. Eliminating poverty in these regions and cities by 2020 and improving living standards in the vicinity of developed countries is a very difficult task and time is tight. Sanhe Village in Sanchahe River and Huopu Village in Jiefang Town, as well as other very poor villages in Zhaojue County, Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan Province, urgently need help. Therefore, our group appeals to all sectors of society to come together, take action, work hard, and contribute to the common cause of poverty alleviation.

In support of China's aviation companies, combined with our efforts to eradicate poverty, North American Water and Land Aviation Group (Holdings) Co., Ltd. cooperates with our group to specialize in pilot, tourism and cargo transportation training. On January 4, 2019, the “China-Canada Aviation Professional Training Agreement” was signed in Chengdu, “Helping People Eliminate Poverty Agreements”.

With the advantage of Canada's experience and expertise in training aviation professionals and aviation-related markets and management professionals, the five-year plan will be implemented from 2019 to support China's training aviation and related professionals to meet the high demands of China's aviation industry for rapid development. At the same time, combined with the great cause of poverty eradication, help poor families cultivate aviation professionals and help eliminate poverty.

North American Water and Land Aviation Group (Holdings) Co., Ltd. and our group and two Chinese partner companies jointly proposed the "training aviation professionals program" to train 10,000 pilots, 30,000 flight attendants and 30,000 ground crews. Candidate trainees come from poor families in the southwest (1 city, 2 regions and 3 provinces). Ten thousand pilots will be trained in aviation theory and related disciplines in China for three years, and then receive three months of flight training at Island Coastal Aviation Inc., a subsidiary of North American Land Aviation Group (Holdings) Co., Ltd. The first batch of 500 land and water aviation pilot training will begin in 2019. It will take five years to recruit and train 10,000 pilot trainees from poor families to lift thousands of families out of poverty. All preparations for the first phase of the plan have now been completed.
