Recently, our group signed a cooperation agreement with Myanmar Qiangsheng Construction Engineering Mining Development Co., Ltd., and our group has arranged to invest in the construction of Myanmar's national “two roads, one port and one special zone” project, which connects China's Yunnan Province and Myanmar for about 1,500 kilometers, including Construction of fast railways, highways, ports and special economic zones. We are responsible for the construction of the “Two Roads, One Port, One Special Zone” project in Myanmar and are responsible for the construction quality, safety trial operation and construction progress of the project.


At present, China and Myanmar are jointly building the “Belt and Road” and the China-Myanmar Economic Corridor. Accelerating Myanmar's infrastructure construction is one of the important contents of the cooperation between the two sides. In the process of cooperation, China continues to play its advantages in the fields of capital, technology, talents and management in accordance with Myanmar's national development plan and needs, and actively supports Myanmar in promoting the construction of railways, highways, airports, ports, electricity, communications and other infrastructure to help Myanmar. A smooth, convenient and efficient infrastructure network will be built to provide strong momentum for Myanmar's economic take-off.




The “Belt and Road” covers not only infrastructure, transportation, but also extensive construction planning. The “One Belt, One Road” initiative is a beneficial opportunity for the entire Southeast Asia region, including Myanmar. While participating in the “Belt and Road”, we must follow the Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence and need to conduct research on the short-term and long-term interests of the people.


Facility connectivity is a “stabilizer” that promotes the “One Belt and One Road” to build national economic growth and a “booster” for pragmatic cooperation. It also enables people in these countries to feel a sense of real participation and gain. At present, transportation construction is still an important factor restricting Myanmar's own economic and social development, and it is also an urgent problem to be solved in Myanmar's infrastructure construction. The “Belt and Road” construction will help Myanmar to continuously promote the construction of basic transportation such as railways, highways and airports by leveraging China's advantages in basic transportation construction, and form a smooth, convenient and efficient infrastructure network to better serve Myanmar's economic and social development. Railway construction can not only promote the development of tourism, commerce, trade and logistics industries between China and Myanmar, but also stimulate bilateral trade growth. It will also build a safe, efficient and fast modern transportation channel for Myanmar, and significantly improve the overall traffic efficiency of Myanmar.
