The delegation then arrived at Hebei Handan Iron and Steel Industrial Park, which intersected the Beijing-Shenzhen Expressway across the north and south, and the 309 National Road connecting the East and West. The Donghuan Road in Handan City passed through the area, with convenient transportation and superior geographical position. The West District has an excellent comprehensive environment, a sound service system, and a rapid development of leading industries. It has introduced a number of projects and is currently engaged in 50 production enterprises with more than 7,600 employees. Many enterprises are flourishing in this hot land, and the industrial park is a window for opening to the outside world, and it plays a powerful role in demonstration and driving.The planned eastern district, located in the east of Beijing-Shenzhen Expressway and south of National Highway 309, is the development direction of the future main urban area, and the location conditions are unique. In accordance with the development ideas of “coordinated planning, rational layout, scientific positioning, and outstanding features”, the “industrial park”, “business park” and “auto park” were planned. The developing Eastern District will be a large-scale development stage with a wide range of development prospects, such as “Zhongzhong Park” and “Garden Park”. It will be a special park, a specialized park and a science and technology park.
